Level One is driven by our clients' expectations. We want to out perform what they expect of us by always going the extra mile. Our team is made up of a diverse and experienced family of inspectors, engineers, and laboratory technicians with differing backgrounds. We draw on each others experiences to help our clients decide what is best for them. All of our inspectors hold internationally recognized certifications through the United States' most respected governing bodies, including the International Code Council, American Welding Society, American Concrete Institute, and many more. Our inspectors are registered with the local building officials, and their credentials can be viewed and verified on the issuing body's web site, under current personnel certifications.
Mission Statement
It is Level One's mission to provide reliable, professional, and timely services to our clients that include consultations, plan reviews, residential, commercial, structural inspections, and material testing. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of inspection standards by having all of our employees undergo continuous training, before and after certification, due to the fact that codes are fluid and are always changing.
Level One assigns inspectors who are certified in their areas of expertise for consistent participation on each project. Furthermore, on all large projects, a project manager is assigned to oversee the inspectors, documentation, staffing, procedures, and coordinate with all parties involved i.e. building officials, owners, engineers, contractors, etc. This level of project involvement by a principal of the firm is unique in the testing and inspection industry. Our goal is to exceed the needs of our clients by anticipating the unexpected and taking the actions needed to get the job done, To provide on time and quality inspections that can help the contractors get the job done right the first time, to avoid costly re-inspections. With our help we can save the clients time and money by working with the engineers and contractors to resolve issues and help answer questions.
Our staff has been servicing the Southern Nevada Region for many years. Las Vegas is world renown for its unique buildings which are internationally recognized.
