It is Level One's goal to provide reliable, professional, and timely services to our clients that include consultations, plan reviews, residential and structural inspections, material testing along with residential and commercial inspections. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of inspection standards by having all of our employees undergo continuous training, before and after certification, due to the fact that codes are fluid and are always changing. All of our inspectors hold internationally recognized certifications through the United States' most respected governing bodies, including the International Code Council, American Welding Society, American Concrete Institute, and many more. Our inspectors are registered with the local building officials, and their credentials can be viewed and verified on the issuing body's web site, under current personnel certifications.

Our objective is to exceed the needs of our clients by anticipating the unexpected and taking the actions needed to get the job done. To provide on time and quality inspections that can help the contractors get the job done right the first time, to avoid costly re-inspections. With our help we can save the clients time and money by working with the engineers and contractors to resolve issues and help answer questions.

Level One can provide the client with structural observations, structural inspections, and material testing using licensed engineers, internationally certified inspectors and lab technicians. Our highly trained staff is committed to making your next project comply with the project specifications, local and national governing codes, and all contract documents.

Level One can also provide shop inspections that may be required by local building departments, such as metal fabrications, joist fabrications, concrete fabrications, etc. along with fabricator shop inspection and audits.

Level One has a full service lab with the ability to manage all field required testing.  Our state of the art facility has been inspected and approved by local building officials and all testing equipment is checked for adherence to applicable standards using calibration references that are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
