• Special Documentation Services

Special projects sometimes require special documentation requirements. Level One provides a number of unique services including video and/or photographic documentation of conditions pre-construction, during or post-construction; and measurement or testing of moisture content of soil, concrete or wood. All of these services add to the many benefits of utilizing Level One to address the quality control concerns on a project.

• Reporting Process

Our reporting process consists of providing daily field reports for each type of inspection provided.  These reports are left on-site to keep the Client and applicable government agencies informed of the current inspection status of the project.  Laboratory test reports are mailed to the Client within three days of completion of the test.  In the case of a failing test result, we will notify the Client by telephone immediately, followed by a faxed confirmation.  Upon completion of the scope of services for a project, Level One will submit a final report to the appropriate governmental agency.  The final report will contain all reports and test results for the project.

• Problem Resolution

We assign technicians who are certified in their areas of expertise for consistent participation on each project.  In addition, on all major projects, a principal oversees communication, documentation, staffing and procedures.  This level of project involvement by a principal of the firm is unique in the testing and inspection industry.  Our team has an understanding of construction processes, code interpretation, and an overall ability to handle problems in the field efficiently and effectively.
